Families consistently rave about the dinosaur exhibits (including glass floors over dig sites and a dig site kids can enter) and the hands-on, interactive displays that keep both kids and adults engaged across the museum's five levels—one reviewer with a dinosaur-loving son said they could easily spend all day there. The museum also rotates seasonal exhibits (like Bugs) and covers a wide range of topics from Native voices to gems, minerals, and biology, plus valley views with binoculars, so there's plenty to explore without excessive walking. The only minor gripe noted was a small gift shop selection.
