What families say

Kids enjoy seeing the animals here, though several families noted fewer animals than expected and some empty enclosures without signage explaining where they went—grounds also looked a bit unkempt in spots. On hot days it's a good spot to cool off (it's included in regular zoo admission, no extra fee), but be aware it can smell and get crowded. Overall it's a fine add-on to a zoo visit rather than a must-see destination on its own.
