Whichever is less: 180 days or 900 hours/year at the elementary level, or 180 days or 990 hours/year at the secondary level. Track hours by subject.

Build a portfolio
Work samples, reading list, and activity log.

Annual supervisor review
Certified teacher or licensed psychologist reviews portfolio and submits evaluation to district.
